The customer reached out to us with concerns about leaning and corroding piers, which were causing doors to stick after rain, minor cracks in internal walls, and uneven floors. We undertook a site visit, identified the problematic piers and put in place new steel piers set on deep, sturdy footings leaving upstairs feeling strong and secure.

A building report when purchasing the property revealed that several piers under the home were eroded and in need of replacement. Upon assessment, we identified eight piers requiring attention. We removed the deteriorated brick piers and installed new, durable steel piers to restore the home’s stability.
